Origin-Destination Matrices
Using call detail records (CDR) for about 10 million people in Tehran, we have extracted the origin-destination matrices for different time windows. Here you may see the origin-destination matrix, as well as the top 50 origin-destinations across the city for workdays.
Daily Trip Motifs
We have extracted the daily trip motifs for residents. For instance, as can be seen in the picture, northern residents tend to select two district destinations in their daily trips compared to southern residents in Tehran. It is worth noting that the northern residents are socio-economically more favared in general.
